    Bin Reddy is a local trash and recycling valet service. We handle the task of taking your bins to and from the curb on pickup days — so you never have to worry about missing trash day again.

  • How does the service work?

    It’s simple! You leave your bins in their usual spot, and on collection day, our team rolls them to the curb before pickup, then returns them once the city truck has come through. You don’t even have to be home.

  • What areas do you serve?

    We currently serve neighborhoods in Columbia, South Carolina, and are expanding soon. Not sure if we cover your area? Just fill out our contact form and we’ll confirm within 24 business hours.

  • What days and times do you come by?

    We follow your neighborhood’s regular trash and recycling pickup schedule. We’ll typically move bins to the curb the evening before or early morning of collection day, and return them after pickup.

  • Do I need to be home for service?

    Nope! As long as your bins are accessible, we’ll take care of the rest.

  • What if my pickup day changes or gets delayed (like after a holiday)?

    We kindly ask our customers to let us know if their neighborhood’s pickup schedule changes — such as holiday shifts or weather delays. Just send us a quick message, and we’ll make sure your bins are handled on the correct day.

  • Is Bin Reddy insured?

    Yes — we’re a professional, insured service. We treat your property and bins with care as if they were our own.

  • What if I need to cancel service?

    You can cancel anytime with no hidden fees. We simply ask for 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.

  • Can I gift Bin Reddy service to a friend or family member?
